3. Client Obligations: Customers are supposed to fill in all the needed details, which will be used to calculate and prepare tax returns. As such information may be a reason for delays or improper service, the provision of such data might be considered obligatory, depending on certain circumstances.
4. Fees and Payments: Clients are to appraise paying the fees for services as agreed upon in the service agreement. Payments are due within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the invoice or otherwise State the due date. Services could be suspended or terminated if a response fails to pay before the stipulated time.
5. Intellectual Property: The eves to be performed by Ace Digital Service shall get their Intellectual Property Rights, as may be the case until they are agreed to be Ace Digital Solution’s property in writing. Client acquires a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the deliverables intended for the respective purpose.
6.Confidentiality: Ace Digital Solution, under this agreement, won’t disclose client information without written consent, never passing susceptible details on to any third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability: Ace Digital Solution will not be held responsible for any loss of profits, foreseeable loss, or any other undefined damages arising out of or connected to the use of our services, such as loss of data or business opportunities.
8. Indemnification: The Ace Digital Solution platform shall be exempt from any claims relating to it, the client’s use of our services, or those made against its officers, employees, or agents.
9. Termination: The service agreement can be terminated by either of the parties on giving thirty days’ notice via a document expressing the desire. In case of contract termination by corporate clients, the latter must pay for services they remained unconsumed by the termination date.
10. Governing Law: The Terms and Conditions, being a settlement under the law of India, shall be interpreted and construed by the law of India, regardless of any conflicts of law provisions.
11. Amendments: Ace Digital Solution retains the privilege to develop or revamp these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The client must check the Terms and Conditions frequently to notice any amendments.
